About the role
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day delivery of HR processes across the school ensuring staff records recruitment procedures and compliance requirements are managed efficiently.
The role will involve:
Supporting recruitment processes including advertising roles and coordinating interviews
Maintaining accurate staff records and personnel files
Assisting with HR compliance including safeguarding and pre-employment checks
Supporting onboarding processes for new staff members
Preparing HR documentation including contracts and letters
Providing administrative support to senior leaders where required
You will play an important role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the school.
