Job Summary
Exciting news: RDT keeps growing and this time were expanding internationally!
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote position based in Europe working 100% in English. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quotation/budgeting.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions within Salesforce.
Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and processes.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Support integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems.
Requirements:
Solid experience in business process analysis and improvement particularly in sales and quoting/budgeting processes.
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration.
Good understanding of data models database concepts and data migration tools (e.g. Data Loader ETL tools).
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP).
Certifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer certification required.
