Our global business process outsourcing company is seeking a proactive and dependable Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations across the region. Coordinate Regional Recruitment and Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experiences

In this role you will support Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers by coordinating recruitment activity across markets managing logistics and ensuring our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately reflects candidate progress. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and internal teams helping to maintain efficiency compliance and an inclusive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities Regional Coordination & Candidate Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics across the region including scheduling video/venue booking and interviewer availability.

  • Manage candidate communications from application through offer ensuring timely clear and professional updates.

  • Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data accuracy and adherence to process timelines.

  • Support sourcing and outreach activities by preparing candidate shortlists coordinating assessments and arranging onboarding documentation.

  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to track requisition progress and escalate blockers promptly.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to provide visibility on pipeline health time-to-hire and other KPIs.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives in the region.

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws data protection regulations and company policies when handling candidate information.

Essential Skills Experience & Qualifications Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • 2 years experience in recruitment coordination talent acquisition operations or HR administration ideally in a high-volume or regional environment.

  • Proven experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; confident with MS Office or Google Workspace.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities work to deadlines and adapt to changing regional needs.

  • Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers external vendors and cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable working across different time zones and supporting hybrid or remote hiring processes.

  • High level of professionalism discretion and respect for confidential information.
