Admissions Officer South Asia (m/f/d)
(Full-time 385 hours/week limited for 1 year)
TheAdmission OfficerforSouth Asiaisprimarily responsible forthe assessment ofapplication documentsfromapplicantsto the undergraduate online and International Foundation Year programsfromthe South Asian particularly the Indian subcontinent.
Your Responsibilities:
Processing andevaluatingincoming applicationsfor Bachelor online and International Foundation Year programs
Advising andsupportingpotential students (by phone and the admissions inbox)
Preparation of statistics and reportsin Salesforce
Supporting marketing activities and eventsi.e. Admission Days and on-campus SAT testing
General office and administrative tasksas assigned
Assisting inworkflow documentation andknowledge transfer to other employees
Maintaining international transcript and document evaluation portals (IB IELTS etc.)
Attendance of international training workshops and events
Coordination and support of regional International Recruitment Counsellors
Your Profile:
Degree / study (Bachelor Degree) or comparable qualification
Customer service experience and orientation
Experienceinliving working and/or studying overseas
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with Salesforce (desired)
Experience with German university admission regulationsi.e.anabin KMK guidelines(desired)
Experience working for a university or in international education (desired)
Intermediate knowledge of German(desired)
Knowledge ofHindi Urdu or Nepali(desired)
Intercultural communication skills and knowledgeintheSouthAsianregion(desired)
