As Restaurant Manager you will lead and inspire our Restaurant operations. Your mission: to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest quality and service standards in line with our hotel and Hilton brand values.
What Youll Be Doing
In this dynamic role you will be responsible for driving excellence across all food and beverage outlets by:
- Leading and managing daytoday Food & Beverage operations to consistently exceed quality and service expectations
- Ensuring seamless collaboration between frontofhouse and backofhouse teams to create smooth and efficient service flows
- Motivating and enabling your team to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a guestfirst mindset
- Ensuring full compliance with Hilton brand standards and delivering outstanding personalized guest service at all times
- Handling guest feedback and inquiries professionally turning opportunities into memorable experiences
- Overseeing accurate and efficient transaction management during service
- Managing team schedules stock levels and wastage to drive operational efficiency and cost control
