Project Engineer, Civil

• Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects including roads bridges buildings and water systems.
• Develop project plans schedules and budgets ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including clients contractors and regulatory bodies to align project goals.
• Prepare and review engineering designs drawings and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies site investigations and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards codes and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers technicians and other team members.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits inspections and audits.
• Identify and resolve construction issues promptly.
• Integrate sustainable practices and innovative solutions into project designs.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of projects and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records including contracts permits and progress reports.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desired.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on design and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale reclamation/offshore/marine and coastal projects.
• Experience with marine/coastal structures ground improvement design and settlement/soil-structure interaction modelling.
• Track record on large integrated reclamation or coastal resilience programs.
• Strong grasp of geotechnical and coastal processes
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
