Job Summary
Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell life insurance products (protection savings ULIPs) to the existing bank customer base. Team Leadership: Manage train and motivate a team of Field Relationship Officers (FLS) to achieve monthly sales targets. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with branch heads and senior management at assigned partner bank branches to ensure high-quality lead flow and support. Performance Tracking: Monitor daily weekly and monthly performance of the FLS team conduct joint calls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
