Job Title: Warehouse Associate I

Location: Kearny NJ 07032

Summary of Job:

The Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging operations cold chain handling and warehouse activities including receiving inventory management order fulfillment and shipping preparation. The role ensures products are handled packaged and shipped accurately while maintaining temperature control requirements safety standards and proper documentation.

Must-have/Required skills:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic inventory management and warehouse operations knowledge
Understanding of cold chain management principles
Ability to safely handle dry ice and temperature-sensitive shipments
Experience completing GxP documentation logs
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read and understand product labels and documentation in English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Nice-to-have Skills:

Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS/PkMS)
Knowledge of TempTale temperature monitoring devices
Previous warehouse distribution center or packaging experience
Familiarity with inventory control and cycle counting procedures
Experience working in regulated environments (GxP or DEA regulated)

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage inventory of packaging systems gel packs and packaging components
Monitor and maintain gel pack inventory and shipment replenishment
Safely handle dry ice and temperature-sensitive materials
Understand and follow TempTale device procedures for temperature monitoring
Complete and maintain GxP documentation logs
Identify product temperature control requirements and replenishment needs
Receive and store incoming goods and verify shipments against receiving documents
Report damages or discrepancies in received merchandise
Stock warehouse shelves and rotate inventory following FIFO practices
Prepare orders for shipment by picking items from shelves and placing them in totes
Process returns and perform data entry for returned items
Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy investigations
Maintain clean and safe work areas to prevent injuries and contamination
Follow all company policies safety procedures and regulatory requirements
Support order fulfillment stocking replenishment and outbound shipping operations
Work overtime and participate in physical inventory activities when required
