The Role
The Marketing Planning Executive playsa central rolein supporting the effective planningcoordinationand governance of our global marketing activity. This role provides essential operational support for globally aligned projects; thedevelopment of our risk and controls activity;andmonitoring and reporting.
Woking closely with the Head of Marketing Strategic Planning you will work on projects across our globalteams andhelpprovidebusiness managementsupport to the Chief Marketing Officer.
This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportiveteam andgain exposure to various areas of marketing and global markets while contributing to meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross regional and cross functional marketing projects effectively managingtimelinesdependenciesand deliverables.
Work closely with the different Marketing teams infacilitatingthemarketing planning activity.
Support theongoing development ofthe Marketing Controls Framework including assisting with the Marketing Controls Forum monitoring of improvement initiativesandembedding best practices across the team.
Prepare and developMarketing MI reports for the Marketing Leadership Team.
Draft regular internal reports for Boards and key forumsidentifyingareas for reporting improvement.
Provide business management support to the CMO and Head of Marketing Strategic planning including meeting managementandpreparation of decks.
Delivery of the marketing training plan.
Key Knowledge Skills & Experience
Strong interest inmarketing and asset management and a keen interest to learn and develop in this space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiencyin PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Curious proactive and eager to learn
