The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the company steering all aspects of the business from inception to scale. This role requires a high-energy entrepreneurial individual with deep experience in the beverage industry capable of wearing multiple hats - from shaping strategy and operations to leading teams and building a powerful brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan that takes the company from the startup phase to a leading market player.
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring smooth coordination between production sales marketing and distribution.
- Build and lead a motivated team fostering a strong culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
- Lead brand development product positioning and market penetration strategies to build awareness and drive sales.
- Drive fundraising investor relations and stakeholder engagement in alignment with the companys long-term goals.
- Manage budgets cash flow and financial performance to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations safety and quality standards.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers distributors and retail partners.
- Champion a culture of innovation and adaptability encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the beverage or FMCG industry including leadership experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of production marketing and distribution channels.
- Experience in raising capital or working closely with investors is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- High energy entrepreneurial mindset and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
