Restaurant Hostess/Host
Saturdays and Sundays only 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
A restaurant host is the first point of contact responsible for greeting guests managing reservations and coordinating the dining room flow to ensure a positive experience. The optimize seating to balance server workloads provide accurate wait times and handle guest inquiries acting as a crucial link between guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and Seating: Welcoming guests escorting them to tables and providing menus.
Reservation Management: Handling phone inquiries booking and managing reservations.
First Impressions: Setting the tone for service providing a welcoming atmosphere and addressing immediate guest needs.
Side Work: Assisting with cleaning sanitizing organizing the front -of-house and in some cases handling to-go orders.
Communication: Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
