Job Description
Seeking a Sr. UI/UX Architect to define and lead the next generation of our enterprise digital experience. This is a high-impact strategic role responsible for the governance architecture and scalability of front-end standards across the entire organization. You will bridge the gap between high-fidelity Figma designs and production-grade Angular applications owning the evolution of a unified Design System built on Tailwind CSS and PrimeNG. As the primary authority on UI patterns you will ensure that every application-whether mobile or desktop-adheres to strict standards for performance responsiveness and WCAG accessibility while mentoring development teams to achieve a consistent world-class user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Standards & Governance: Define document and own the enterprise UI architecture and design patterns; establish governance practices to prevent design divergence and ensure long-term scalability.

Design System Ownership: Lead the evolution of the UI design system meticulously managing component behaviors variants states and theming.

Front-End Architecture: Establish core architectural patterns including application structure modular routing strategies and the creation of shared UI libraries.

Figma-to-Code Translation: Partner with UX Designers to translate Figma mocks into reusable scalable and production-ready UI components.

Mobile-First Strategy: Drive a Mobile-First and responsive design philosophy ensuring seamless behavior across all device breakpoints and screen sizes.

Technical Stack Leadership: Architect layouts using Tailwind CSS integrated with PrimeNG defining standards for spacing typography and utility-first styling.

Quality & Accessibility: Ensure 100% compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and maintain high performance and usability benchmarks across all applications.

Mentorship & Review: Provide high-level UI guidance to engineering teams conducting code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Required Skills & Experience

Angular Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Angular (current versions) and a proven track record of architecting enterprise-scale component-based UIs.

Styling & Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in Tailwind CSS and its integration with UI component libraries like PrimeNG or similar (Material Kendo).

Design System Management: Previous experience defining and maintaining shared UI libraries or enterprise design systems is essential.

Core Web Tech: Advanced knowledge of TypeScript HTML5 and CSS/SCSS with a focus on writing clean maintainable and semantic code.

Accessibility Expert: Solid understanding of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and the technical implementation of accessible ARIA patterns.

Responsive Design: Mastery of responsive mobile-first design patterns and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
