Major Responsibilities

1. Complete knowledge of CE Certification process as per PPE regulation (EU) 2016/425
2. Handling Industrial PPE product testing of category like Safety Footwear Industrial safety Gloves Industrial protective garments Motorcycles Garment Armour oven Gloves &High visibility clothing.
3. Knowledge on various international standards as per PPE product category (EN ASTM ISO EN ISO DIN EN ISO BIS)
4. Technical query handling & technical support to Customer and Buyer.
5. Industrial PPE Products Testing & Certification - New Test scope & product test development.
6. Resolved technical queries through detailed root cause analysis while maintaining full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017
7. Implemented cost-effective measures ensured audit readiness and promoted best laboratory practices across the team.
8. Effectively handled internal and external technical queries and customer complaints ensuring customer satisfaction and timely closure of issues.
9. Supported business retention and expansion by identifying potential clients and offering customized laboratory testing solutions.
10. Reviewed verified and authorized test reports to Clients/Buyers.

Qualification: B. Sc. (Physics Chemistry Math) / B. Tech (Preferred Leather or Footwear Technology)

Total Experience: Minimum 7 years and 2 years in Industrial PPE in ATIC Industry
