Technical Officer (Building)
Job Summary
Responsibilties:
- Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for all Facilities Management activities
- Carry out and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for building trade
- Conduct routine inspections of building and identify defects
- Coordinate and supervise contractors for repair and maintenance works
- Ensure works are completed according to specifications and safety requirements
- Verify job completion and ensure proper documentation of maintenance records
- Assist in A&A upgrading and improvement works
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely closure of work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/ relevant FM discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently resourceful and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
