Premium Suites Supervisor | Part-Time | Acrisure Arena

Were excited to announce we are looking for a talented Premium Suites Supervisor to follow direction from the Premium Services Supervisor to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations to support us in creating the best live music experience at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - involves shifts at evenings and weekends.

The Premium Suite Supervisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within Acrisure Arenas premium suites. This position oversees the timely setup maintenance and service of all 20 suites while providing direct support guidance and training to the suites attendant team. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness organization and hospitality.

This role pays an hourly rate of $27.00

• Ensure all 20 suites are set up stocked and maintained according to arena standards prior to and during events.
• Conduct pre-event and post-event inspections to confirm suite readiness and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory of suite supplies (glassware utensils linens etc.) and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Address any suite-related issues promptly including maintenance requests or guest concerns.
• Supervise train and mentor suites attendants ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
• Assign tasks and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all suites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for attendants during events providing real-time guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Foster a positive collaborative team environment focused on outstanding guest service.
• Interact with suite guests in a professional and hospitable manner anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assisting the Food and Beverage staff with serving guests through the mixing and pouring of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food.
• Assist in coordinating special requests or accommodations for suite holders.
• Uphold Acrisure Arenas service standards ensuring a seamless and premium experience for all guests.
• Liaise with catering custodial security and other departments to ensure smooth suite operations.
• Relay guest feedback and operational issues to the Suites Operations Manager for continuous improvement.
• Prepare post-event reports detailing suite conditions inventory usage and any incidents.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a guest service hospitality or arena/stadium environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment multitask and problem-solve under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including availability for nights weekends and holidays based on event calendar.
• Work independently when required using your own initiative.
• Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience
• Effective communication and organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Cocktail making skills and advanced Beverage knowledge.
• Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium events arena festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older per Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) requirements from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
