Sephora SEAs omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia India Indonesia Malaysia New Zealand the Philippines Singapore and Thailand) with 100 stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e. Click and collect and marketplace).

Assistant Manager Supply Planning

As an Assistant Manager Supply Planning you will drive implement and manage an Open-to-Buy process to meet inventory targets and support the entire PO lifecycle form creation to delivery. You will assess supplier performance participate in S&OP meetings and manage risks related to slow-moving or discontinued products. Additionally you will communicate delays shortages and potential interruptions to internal stakeholders ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.

• Monitoring inventory holding and aligning with purchasing plans and Open-to-Buy budget
• Working closely with demand planners to ensure purchases are in line to support forecasts and implementing purchase cuts when needed
• Reviewing the stock holding and initiating RTV discussion with brands on a regular basis
• Highlighting key risks and issues to internal stakeholders to support visibility
• Collaborating with vendors on KPIs improvement
• Maintaining and updating supply planning parameters (GR order cycle pack size DG / Non-DG)
• Ensuring data accuracy to support smooth planning and replenishment processes
• Monitoring RPO (Replenishment Purchase Orders) and Newness POs from PO creation to arrival
• Performing lead time checks and track overdue deliveries ensuring timely follow-ups
• Conducting regular reviews of supply reliability and delivery performance
• Tracking POs against requested ship dates ensuring timely delivery
• Managing risks related to excess stock shelf life and damages
• Escalating and resolving overdue or critical PO issues in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders

We would love to hear from you if you are/have

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Operations Management Logistics or a related field
• At least 5 years in retail supply chain management and inventory optimization
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and sales data analysis
• Skilled in supplier negotiations and cross-functional team collaboration
• Project management experience with a focus on supply chain initiatives
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and performance improvement strategies
• Familiarity with supply chain software ERP systems and S&OP processes
• Proficient in project management and implementing supply chain improvements
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management within supply chain operations
