As a Product Success Manager at Workiva you serve as a primary influencer to ensure our customers realize maximum value from the Workiva platform at scale. Youll be instrumental in elevating solution health through data analysis and insights and executing programs that improve platform adoption across the entire customer base. As a solution expert youll offer strategic technical counsel and support Customer Success Managers. You will collaborate closely with the success team (Customer Success Support and Product) to monitor and implement scalable solution health improvements focusing specifically on Workivas Financial Reporting (FR) solutions
What Youll Do
Interpret and analyze solution health metrics (usage trends NPS connect rates and risk signals) to develop and execute targeted strategies that improve customer value realization at scale
Design develop and execute one-to-many enablement programs to proactively address common solution pain points at scale
Serve as a subject matter expert for the Customer Success organization and provide technical guidance to help drive customer value realization
Work across internal Workiva teams to navigate complex solution-specific customer post-onboarding opportunities and challenges to ensure swift resolution and sustained customer health
Provide solution-specific enablement to the Customer Success teams (e.g. training office hours playbooks etc.) to help them deliver meaningful value to our customers
Capture and synthesize high-value feedback to influence the product roadmap and resolve solution-specific roadblocks
What Youll Need
Minimum Qualifications
4 years of related career experience in Customer Success Product Management Professional Services or similar in a SaaS organisation
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a technical business or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the financial reporting industry or working with financial reporting products or solutions preferred
Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex solution data into tangible business outcomes
High proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data visualization tools to tell a compelling story and drive business decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to host webinars and present data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in creating repeatable processes templates and automated workflows
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and taking ownership of new programs from concept to execution
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Up to 10% travel for customer and internal events
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
