The role is focused on leading and exercising an active monitoring and control over the service team to ensure that the service meets the requirements.
As a Service Manager you will:
- interface with ESA Technical Officer for the definition of the tasks to be executed and regular reports for any potential or identified issue impacting the execution of the service.
- manage actively monitor and be responsible for the service continuity at all establishments within the scope of the service ensuring that adequate resources are allocated to the service to ensure the timely completion of tasks which conform to the Agencys requirements.
- undertake regular interfacing with the Agencys contact points as required on the tasks quality of work performed KPls any issues risks and proposed resolutions.
- be responsible for the performance of the service and for proposing service improvements based on best practices and feedback from the Agency.
- be responsible for knowledge management and lessons learned of the service execution.
- define produce and maintain a repository accessible by the ESA representatives with all the procedures and training materials necessary to provide the service.
- ensure good communication and coordination with all stakeholders and within the service team.
