Missed payments for the policy by the client is a biggest problem that cause policy to lapse and require a lot of work from the Insurance agency side.
Missing documents. Keeping track of the documents of their clients.
Understand and communicate about the Insurance Policy changes.
Automating requoting every client renewal to find any other competitive plans. (This can be done with the help of Agentic AI at a later stage).
Providing Sales assistance.
