Job Overview

Lofty is seeking a high-energy Sr Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel growth by generating qualifying and managing inbound and outbound leads across the real estate industry. This role is critical to ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities for our Enterprise Account Executives team.


The ideal candidate is organized coachable metrics-driven and comfortable engaging real estate professionals including agents brokers and broker-owners through high-volume outreach and thoughtful qualification.


Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Execute inbound and outbound outreach via phone email text and social channels.
  • Prospect and qualify real estate agents teams and brokerages.
  • Drive consistent meeting and demo volume for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Research accounts to ensure accurate segmentation (agent count market ownership structure).

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria including size readiness use case and decision authority.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive based on segmentation rules.
  • Maintain ownership of unqualified or nurture-stage leads with structured follow-up cadences.
  • Ensure clean thorough handoffs with complete discovery notes and context.

CRM & Data Discipline

  • Maintain accurate up-to-date records in the CRM (contacts activities notes).
  • Log all outreach conversations and outcomes consistently.
  • Support lead reassignment and routing updates as territories evolve.
  • Identify and flag data gaps routing issues or lead quality concerns.

Collaboration & Performance

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Participate in daily and weekly standups call reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Continuously refine messaging objection handling and qualification skills.
  • Meet or exceed activity demo and pipeline contribution targets.

Whats the work location

Youll be based out of our stunning light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenixa 17000-square-foot space designed for collaboration creativity and connection. During onboarding and training youll work in-office five days a week to ramp up quickly and connect with your team. Once performance metrics are met youll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week.


Whats the earning potential ($$$)

First-year earnings This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $50000 and a bonus opportunity for an estimated $90000 OTE with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in SDR BDR or inside sales (SaaS or real estate preferred).
  • Experience managing and working leads in a CRM (Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong phone presence with clear confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.
  • Background in real estate mortgage or proptech preferred
  • Familiarity with agent counts brokerage structures and MLS-driven markets preferred.
  • Experience supporting SMB and mid-market or enterprise sales teams preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
