Job Summary
Kepak Kilbeggan is currently looking for a Canteen Cook to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who simply enjoys cooking and preparing good home-style food in a friendly workplace environment.
In this role you will prepare and serve breakfast and lunch for around 50 employees each day helping create a welcoming space where colleagues can enjoy fresh and tasty meals
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing simple delicious breakfast and lunch options
- Serving food and keeping the canteen running smoothly
- Keeping the kitchen clean organised and safe
- Following basic food safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements
- A love for cooking and serving others
- Experience in a deli café canteen or similar environment.
- Understanding of different cooking styles and techniques
- Ability to work smoothly in a busy environment
- Good communication skills and a team spirit
