Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 4- 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals clinics and pharmacies through calls & emails.
- Negotiate pricing payment terms and margins with hospital purchase managers.
- Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in training programs sales meetings and industry events.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Inside Sales Executive Inside Sales Executive or related field.
- Prior experience in Hospital Pharma Inside Sales (Therapy Areas: Gynae / IVF Vaccines Nephrology Oncology Ophthalmology Generic Pharma)
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
