Job Summary

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4- 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals clinics and pharmacies through calls & emails.
  • Negotiate pricing payment terms and margins with hospital purchase managers.
  • Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in training programs sales meetings and industry events.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Inside Sales Executive Inside Sales Executive or related field.
  • Prior experience in Hospital Pharma Inside Sales (Therapy Areas: Gynae / IVF Vaccines Nephrology Oncology Ophthalmology Generic Pharma)
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
