Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Liaises with stakeholders including Client Services & Support Compliance and related teams to coordinate service / product ordering delivery processing and all required administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner (i.e. data entry / input for client enterprise claims processing / review banking and other outsourced types of all transactions / enquiries are processed accurately and within agreed upon quality targets and data processing issues and provides timely as a point of contact on complaints and problems logged and assists in the reporting and resolution of such complaints and process improvements and recommends opportunities to enhance client and plays a lead role in daily site operational process related coaching and advice for less experienced team or participates in projects to implement new initiatives onboard new clients or enhance existing processes.You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelors degree or Engineering
Generally 2-4 years experience in area of responsibility
