We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Internal Sales Consultant to join our Cape Town branch based in Epping. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers processing orders and assisting with internal sales functions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is customer-focused organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers processing orders and assisting with internal sales functions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is customer-focused organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle internal sales and assist customers telephonically and via email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product advice and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service
- Use Accpac for order processing invoicing and customer queries
- Liaise with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Work towards meeting and exceeding internal sales targets and performance goals
