Pearson VUE offers a great environment to start or grow yourcareerwe are now hiring for a Casual Test Administrator to join our team at1 William Street Perth.

Our ideal candidatedemonstratesteamwork with the availability towork a variety of shifts across Weekday (Monday to Friday) and Weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Our operating hours is between 7am and 11pm.

We offer an attractive pay rate of$37.13per hour.Candidate must be open to flexible to work range of shift in the morning and evening. This is strictly a Casual position and will remain as such.

As aTest Administratoryoullbe responsiblefor;

providingan exceptional customer service anda secure exam deliveryenvironment.
complying withall testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies
Checking and verifying candidatesidentification againsttest registration; and helping them to set up for test
explainingthe exam proceduresand proctoring/ invigilatingcandidates while testing
Troubleshootingwith internal departments to fixanytechnical issues
Escalating any policy breaches immediate to relevant business personnel
Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination Schedule
Other ad hoc duties as directed

Tobe successful in the positionyoullhave;

AHigh school diploma or equivalent isrequired
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred
Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highlydesirable
Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (WordExceland Outlook)
Must be able to sit forlong periodsof timeandbe able tobendandliftto 20 lbs withindependently
Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment hear soft voices and see details from a distance
