Were seeking a solutions-oriented Senior Financial Business Analyst to help scale the operations behind our growing network of channels and pages across YouTube Meta TikTok and emerging platforms. This role brings financial rigor and strategic insight to a creative fast-moving digital business.

Youll translate performance data into actionable business decisions shaping forecasts informing greenlight strategy and improving the reporting infrastructure that enables scale. Were looking for someone analytical and organized but equally curious someone energized by solving new problems in the evolving digital media landscape.

Youll join a nimble content programming team focused on driving commercial and audience growth across a global network. We move quickly think strategically and care deeply about film television and whats next for digital video.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning Own day-to-day financial planning for the Fandom Network partnering closely with Finance and Accounting to translate business decisions into financial impact and proactively assess risks and opportunities. Maintain a clear pulse on revenue costs and key drivers to ensure leadership has visibility into performance and trajectory.
  • Business Insights & Analysis Leverage internal and external data tools to generate insights across audience trends content performance market dynamics ROI and financial modeling. Deliver clear decision-ready analysis to stakeholders.
  • Digital Slate Strategy & Valuation - Establish benchmarks assess monetization dynamics and develop valuation frameworks that inform digital-first greenlighting decisions and long-term investment strategy. Identify white space opportunities to expand revenue and audience growth across platforms.
  • Scalable Workflows & Reporting Establish and streamline operational and financial processes workflows and automate reporting that drives efficiency and growth across the global network
  • Content Research & Planning Identify high-potential content and monetization opportunities recommending distribution strategies that maximize IP value and long-term audience growth across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting Economics Data Analytics or related field
  • 4 years of experience in Corporate Strategy Finance Operations Sales Planning Business Analysis Research or similar roles or 2 years in Management Consulting
  • 4 years of financial planning and business-facing reporting experience

Skills & Experience

  • Strong financial modeling forecasting and performance analysis capabilities
  • Experience querying and extracting data from large datasets using tools such as BitQuery or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL or coding (e.g. Python) to manipulate analyze and validate datasets
  • Ability to independently source structure and interpret raw data to generate actionable insights
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear executive-ready presentations and decision materials
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to identify risks opportunities and white space
  • Strong understanding of digital media and AVOD metrics (e.g. CPMs ad fill rates ad loads)
  • High initiative ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced evolving environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with YouTube Analytics / Creator Studio and Facebook Business Manager
  • Knowledge of studio distribution models digital advertising trends and the broader digital media landscape
  • Passion for film television and media

The anticipated base salary for this position is $38/hour to $48/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and if applicable the location of the position.
