Program Overview
The AnyMind Traineeship Program 2026 is a 12-week structured program designed for final-year students and fresh graduates who want to gain real experience in the marketing industry.
At AnyMind we believe the best way to learn is by working on real business challenges. Throughout the program trainees will be part of experienced teams in strategic planning influencer marketing and business development gaining hands-on exposure to how technology data and creativity come together to drive impactful marketing solutions for brands.
This program reflects AnyMinds commitment to investing in and developing the next generation of digital talent in Vietnam.
What You Will Do

Please note that there will be no rotation during the program and trainees will stay within the selected role throughout the traineeship.
Who You Are
- Final-year students/ fresh graduates majoring in Marketing Communication Business E-commerce or related fields (01 year experience)
- Creative proactive and curious to learn
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Trend-savvy digitally fluent and results-oriented
- English proficiency (4 Skills)
- Available for a full-time internship in Ho Chi Minh City from May 2026
