Our client is adding a Part-Time Office Administrator to their growing company. This opportunity is located in the Alpharetta Cumming area and is a contract-to-possible direct hire role. If you or one of your colleagues is interested in this opportunity please click Apply Now.

This role is contract to direct and part-time - approximately 24 hours weekly. The hours may be agreed upon during the interview process but the options are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm three days a week or 8:00 am - 2:00 pm four days a week.

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for documentation such as invoices for materials email marketing like MailChimp collections and comparing shipments received to orders and invoices etc. You will interact daily with customers coming to the showroom

  • 4 years of experience in administration and documentation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with suppliers and vendors
  • Experience in cross-checking orders invoices and received shipments
  • Familiar with and understanding of elementary QuickBooks
  • Administration experience in a construction manufacturing or fabrication office is a plus
