Driving efficiencies and quality to maintain acceptable guest generation costs and high VPGs while delivering high quality events.
How Youll Shine
-Drive production volume and efficiencies to meet our tour and cost obligations
-Maintain staff levels appropriate to handle campaigns efficiently.
-Partner with Training/Academy to ensure we have the best outcomes
-Drive engagement in our WFH model
-Grow the program
- Monitor sales and tour generation results and fine tune process to
maximize results
- Ensure we maintain acceptable quality levels and partner with QA team
- Design and develop effective presentations using PowerPoint and other
software
- Validate dialing strategies and ensure we have lead penetration and acceptable contact rates
- Customer service and issue resolution for customers and partners
- Hire and develop agents for both owner and non owner programs

What Youll Bring:
- A proven track record of developing strong mutually beneficial relationships with external business partners
- Must be detail oriented and able to develop and understand financial and program analysis
- Must be able to deliver presentations effectively in front of small and large groups
- Professional presentation and ability to effectively interact with partners and internal associates at all levels
- Positive attitude motivated outgoing well spoken
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Trustworthy and dependable
-Strong time management skills disciplined
- Ability to work within a team
- A minimum of 5 years experience in call center management leading supervisors.
