Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume Production: Create eye-catching motion graphics and video ads for various campaigns including user incentives event promotions and new feature releases.

Game & League Content: Animate leaderboards tournament brackets player statistics score updates and game teasers that capture the excitement of live action.

Social First: Design and animate content optimized for performance on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok Snapchat and YouTube with a focus on hooking viewers in the first 3 seconds.

Localization: Adapt and resize master creatives for multiple markets and languages ensuring cultural relevance and regional compliance.

Brand Consistency: Work closely with the marketing and legal teams to ensure all animations meet the regulatory requirements of our operating jurisdictions.

Asset Management: Build and maintain libraries of templates for rapid deployment of recurring promotions and real-time event updates.

Requirements

Industry Experience: 2 years of professional motion design experience ideally within the interactive entertainment fantasy sports or mobile gaming sectors
Expert in Adobe After Effects (expressions templates complex animations)
Advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro Illustrator and Photoshop
Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D trophy animations or immersive environments is a major plus
MUST have: Portfolio
