GraphicProduct Designer

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

- Work on developing design concepts and ideas

- Participate in brainstorming sessions

- Sketch initial design ideas

- Produce detailed drawings and finished artworks

- Prototyping sample-making and testing

- Research new ideas and concepts materials processes or market requirements

Responsibilities specific to the clients core business

• Develop creative designs for custom premium merchandise and gifts targeting kids primarily while also targeting teens and adults including character-licensed products and movie tie-ins.
• Create concepts that incorporate licensed characters and themes while strictly adhering to licensing guidelines.
• Produce mostly 2D illustrations sometimes 3D CAD models technical drawings and production-ready artworks.
• Handle end-to-end prototyping sample-making material testing and refinement to ensure designs are safe age-appropriate cost-effective and production-ready.
• Research market trends in licensed merchandise and premium gifts for kids primarily while also targeting teens and adults.
• Collaborate with sales licensing and production teams to align designs with client briefs and budgets.

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar industry.

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in design-related courses (e.g. Graphic Design Industrial Design or related fields).

- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and industry-relevant projects
