Job Summary
Job Title: Fabricator (2 Positions Available)
Location: Chilton
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: 16.00 16.50 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am 3:15pm
Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Fabricators to join a well-established company based in Chilton. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for candidates who have previous experience working within a heavy engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General fabrication work within a heavy engineering environment
MIG and TIG welding
Working from and interpreting technical drawings
Assembling and fabricating metal components to specification
Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard of quality and safety
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in a heavy engineering or similar fabrication environment
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Experience with MIG and TIG welding
Strong fabrication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
