About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organizations financial operations ensure regulatory compliance and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
This role will play a key part in strengthening financial controls optimizing cash flow and ensuring that all financial processes align with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy Planning & Reporting
Develop and manage annual budgets forecasts and financial plans.
Prepare and present financial reports dashboards and insights to senior management.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Accounting Operations & Compliance
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger reconciliations and financial closing processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities including SRB PRA ICT EOBI LEB and SECP.
Oversee tax filings and statutory reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Audit Controls & Cash Flow Management
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the financial audit process.
Implement and strengthen internal financial controls policies and procedures.
Monitor and optimize cash flow working capital and liquidity.
Identify areas for process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
ACCA Qualified or CA (Finalist).
58 years of experience in finance financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and taxation.
Experience managing financial operations and statutory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or technology-driven environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Experience managing audits and regulatory interactions.
