Job Summary

Were looking for a talented BilingualPayroll Specialistto join our team in Fremont! This is an onsite role where you will coordinate and process employee payroll for company employees. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing be tech savvy with pertinent payroll programs and software and enjoy working directly with employees!
  • Fulltime Internal Position:Payroll Specialist
  • Location:Fremont CA (onsite)
  • Salary:$33.65/hr
  • Hours: 8:00-5:00 Mon-Fri (potential for OT)

Core Responsibilities
  • Process payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Calculate wages deductions bonuses and overtime based on employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with CA local state and federal tax regulations.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain payroll records and reports for auditing purposes.

Qualifications
  • Proven payroll/timekeeping experience in work history.
  • Previous experience within the construction industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems tax regulations and CA wage and hour laws.
  • Proficient in Excel especially with formulas and pivot tables.
  • Timerack and Avionte experience a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Must be comfortable being employee facing.
