Our client a small childrens residential home in Taunton provides short-term intensive placements for young people who require structured therapeutic support. Placements typically last 36 months with staff working closely with young people. As Senior Support Worker you will help lead shifts supports colleagues and maintains safe well-organised care routines.

What Youll Need

- Support education routines and activities that promote positive development
