What Well Bring:
As the Head of AI Solution Delivery within Global Operations you will lead the execution of AI-enabled solutions across transformation programs. This role focuses on delivering business outcomes through the integration of Applied AI and Automation capabilities working in close partnership with Solution Design and Capability Development teams who govern tools standards and innovation.
You will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable AI solutions guiding solution architects and ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy governance and performance expectations. You will also play a key role in mentoring solution delivery talent and enabling cross-functional collaboration to embed AI into operational workflows.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Global Operations Global Technology Data Science & Analytics and Solutions teams to implement scalable integrated solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This is a virtual position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually and from time to time in-person at various TU office locations.
What Youll Bring:
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Leadership
- Lead the delivery of AI solutions across transformation programs in collaboration with other capability leaders within design and solution delivery teams (Process Optimization Knowledge Management and Design leaders)
- Translate business requirements into scalable ethical and high-performing AI solutions delivering high value and direct impact to P&L savings
- Ensure alignment with design and capability standards governance frameworks and enterprise architecture.
Collaboration with solution Design and Capability Development
- Partner with Solution Design and Capability Development leads to leverage platforms reusable assets and sandbox environments.
- Provide feedback to inform capability evolution and maturity.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into business solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business technology and analytics stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
- Communicate solution strategy progress and impact to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Global Operations Technology and Data Science teams.
Talent & Resource Management
- Lead and mentor solution architects and delivery teams focused on AI initiatives.
- Support skill development and promote a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Manage resource allocation and team structure to support agile delivery.
Delivery Governance
- Ensure AI solutions meet compliance ethical and performance standards.
- Participate in governance forums to review solution progress risks and alignment.
- Maintain transparency and accountability throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Impact Youll Make:
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or related field.
- 12 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Analytics/Technology solution delivery with 7 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in machine learning deep learning LLMs NLP and data engineering.
- Familiarity with AI governance ethics and compliance standards.
- Certifications in AI/ML or related technologies preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
