Job Summary
Position Description:
OverviewThis role is responsible for providing technical design and solution support for AT&Ts UVN product. The position ensures successful deal progression accurate delivery for customers and supports sales teams with inquiries proposals and contracting activities. The individual will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions and pricing Responsibilities
. Technical Design & Solutioning Develop and validate technical designs for UVN solutions. Ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and align with AT&T standards. Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation.
. Sales Support Assist sales teams with technical inquiries and solution-related issues. Provide guidance during proposal development and customer presentations. Support pricing and contracting activities to ensure competitive and accurate offers.
. Customer Engagement Participate in customer-facing presentations and proposal discussions. Act as a technical resource during deal negotiations and solution reviews.
. Deal Progression Work cross-functionally to ensure deals move efficiently from proposal to delivery. Address variable activities related to solution design pricing and contracting.
Skills & Qualifications
. Strong understanding of AT&T UVN product and related technologies.
. Experience in technical design and solution architecture.
. Knowledge of pricing strategies and contracting processes.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing engagements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to variable activities.
