Job Summary

- Salary: $46.00/hr shift premiums $0.85/hr (3pm-11pm) $1.35/hr (11pm-7am)
- Schedule: 12 hour rotating swing shift (2 weeks on days; 2 weeks on nights)

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Calgary as theIndustrial Mechanic / Millwright :
Maintain troubleshoot repair and rebuild corrugated manufacturing machinery
Perform maintenance and repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components
Complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders in a timely manner
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
Participate in planned maintenance shutdowns installations and equipment upgrades
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals
Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with production maintenance team members and union representatives
Perform duties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the collective agreement

Valid Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright Certificate
Minimum five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience (corrugated or packaging industry experience preferred)
Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment considered an asset
Ability to work a rotating 3-shift schedule
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Welding experience considered an asset
Strong commitment to safety teamwork and continuous improvement
