The systems that manage accounts balances and money movement underpin everything we do and they cannot simply be turned off and rebuilt. Modernising them is like changing the engine of a moving car. Customers depend on these systems every minute of every day so progress requires careful technical judgement strong engineering leadership and teams who genuinely enjoy solving complex problems.
As Head of Engineering Core Banking Modernisation you will lead the engineering teams responsible for evolving these platforms while they continue to reliably support customers and communities across Australia.
