Your Area of Responsibilities:
- Analyze the as-is process and define the to-be process from end to end
- Liaise with internal customers
- Create in collaboration with the customer business cases
- Accompany the internal customer through the whole process give updates about the progress
- Work together with external instrument vendors
- Presentation of the solution to the customer and ensure test feedback
- Support stakeholders by taking on smaller issues or providing information that is needed
Your Qualification and Experience:
- University degree in science informatics or equivalent work exposure within life sciences
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong Stakeholder Management Experience
- Acquired work experience within international projects (i.e. teams located in different countries)
- Project Management skills would be an asset
- Fluent in English and French (in writing and speaking)
- Strong interpersonal skills and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
