| - Provide support for academic operations and administrative team including but not limited to:
- Provide supplemental front-desk support in the Deans suite
- Provide coverage when the front-desk Administrative Assistant is not at the front desk
- Greet visitors answer inquiries and direct individuals to help them find the assistance they need
- Serve as a mentor and role model for undergraduate work study students who will also provide front-desk coverage
- Assist with customer service training of undergraduate work study students assigned to all offices in the School of Business
- Provide support for events coordinated by the Deans office (faculty meetings awards ceremonies guest speakers special events etc)
- Support SB Student Services outreach initiatives
- Serve as student representative at specified School of Business events
- Represent and answer questions about SB with prospective students and families at open house and admissions events
- As needed represent SB at events such career fairs guest speakers and other on-campus or virtual events.
- Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgement while representing the School of Business
- Attend weekly GA team meetings and participate in all GA-specific training and professional development sessions
- Provide supplemental back-up support for other School of Business GA functions as assigned (e.g. assist with career fair set up preparing admissions bags/folders etc.)
- Graduate assistants will have a primary supervisor within the Deans Office and will complete projects with other School of Business staff as assigned.
- Maintain a pre-set work schedule between normal business hours (8am-5pm) with ability to set work schedule around classes at the start of each semester

| Qualifications: | - Enrolled in a minimum of 6 graduate credit hours per semester
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exercises excellent judgement and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with highest attention to detail
- Strong Excel organizational analytical & communication skills

- Global Asset Management Education Forum support as needed Occasional events outside normal business hours
- GAs will be needed for admissions (or similar) events typically occurring one Saturday or Sunday per month. Dates will be provided at the beginning of each semester
