Job Summary
- Assisting HR Business Partner in creating standard operating procedures documents and/or guides for best practices
- Assisting with site audit preparation
- Organizing and streamlining digital records
- Supporting recruitment candidate tracking and onboarding of new employees
Assisting with various other directed projects and continuous improvement efforts
- Pursuing a MA BA or BS degree in labor relations human resources or equivalent or law degree (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
- Requires general knowledge of US labor laws
- Requires a problem-solving and analytical mindset who is interested in process improvement
- Requires the ability to influence people and teams Influencing skills with people and teams
- Requires the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all matters
- Requires the ability to convey a positive and professional image to executives employees and labor unions
- Requires computer operation skills including Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Project) and other software tools/ solutions as needed to prepare documents and presentations.
- Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data
- Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
- Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
