A propos de ce poste

Voici les responsabilités qui te seront confiées :

• Gestion du showroom et du stock RP
• Coordination des shoppings presse influence et VIP (essayages envois & retours)
• Pilotage des campagnes dinfluence organiques (casting seeding monitoring)
• Aide à la gestion des campagnes dinfluence paid
• Aide et participation à tous les événements presse et communication : shootings press days soirées de lancement etc
• Veille quotidienne des médias (print social & digital) et des campagnes de marketing dinfluence grâce aux outils Launchmetrics et Lefty
• Benchmark hebdomadaire en équipe
• Reporting (évènements rapport mensuel revue de presse)

A propos de toi

Si tu es passionné.e par la mode et déterminé.e à transmettre des ondes positives ce poste est fait pour toi !
Tu as idéalement une expérience similaire dau moins 6 mois dans lunivers de la mode/retail au sein dun environnement multiculturel.
Tu maitrises le pack office notamment excel et powerpoint !
Les langues utilisées au quotidien sont le français et langlais à loral comme à lécrit.

Tu disposes obligatoirement dune convention de stage.

Savoir anticiper être ré et être force de proposition sont des compétences clés.

Et le plus important sois toi-même & think big!

About the Role

Here are the responsibilities you will take on:

• Manage the showroom and PR stock
• Coordinate press influencer and VIP shoppings (fittings shipments & returns)
• Lead organic influencer campaigns (casting seeding monitoring)
• Support the management of paid influencer campaigns
• Assist and participate in all press and communication events: shootings press days launch parties etc.
• Conduct daily media monitoring (print social & digital) and track influencer marketing campaigns using Launchmetrics and Lefty tools
• Carry out weekly team benchmarks
• Prepare reports (events monthly reports press reviews)

About the Team

You will report to the Talent and Communication Manager and work closely with the entire Marketing and Communication team.

About You

If you are curious passionate about fashion and determined to spread positive energy this role is made for you!

• Ideally you have at least 6 months of similar experience in the fashion/retail industry within a multicultural environment
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• You are fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) as both languages are used daily
• You must have an internship agreement

Anticipation skills responsiveness and a proactive mindset are key competencies for this role.
