Job Title: Casual School Club Activity Leader
Location: La Fontaine Nightingale Lane Bromley BR1 2SQ
Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30-8.45am 12-13:15 and 3pm - 6.30pm
Contract: Casual Contract
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation such as multi-sports games arts and crafts structured play and more ensuring they are age-appropriate.
- Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies including signing in and out processes.
- Provide refreshments for the children.

- Create an inclusive and fun atmosphere for the children in our care from picking them up from school to safely delivering them back to their parents or caregivers.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation such as multi-sports games arts and crafts structured play and more.
- Ensure all activities are age and skill-appropriate while prioritizing safety including the proper use of equipment and space.
- Provide refreshments for the kids while maintaining our high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
- Set up and pack away play spaces moving furniture and play equipment as needed.
- Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies and keep all relevant documentation including accident and incident forms up to date and completed as needed.
- Ensure proper sign-in and sign-out processes and procedures are followed for all children in our care.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with team members parents children and schools.
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for all equipment and kit.
- Take the lead in championing health and safety providing first aid where necessary.
- Keep all information and documents related to the children in our care confidential and secure.
- Inspire our team members and the children in our care to have fun be active and lead an active lifestyle.
