A Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing food provisions assisting with guest queries and controlling costs.
What will I be doing
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are met at all times
- Supervise food preparation and presentation during assigned shifts
- Support the development and leadership of kitchen staff
- Prepare process season and plate dishes with attention to detail
- Monitor food cost and assist with inventory control
- Take on Head Chef responsibilities during their absence
