We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - F&A
In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to O2C & P2P domain. Should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement
Responsibilities
Must manage a team size of minimum 200 FTE and have the hands on maintain the P&L.
Management experience and leadership skills to drive strategic planning.
Lead end-to-end O2C & PTP delivery including project setup billing collections and payments invoice processing & dispute management.
Design and implement standardized processes aligned with ERP and other implementation
Establish SLAs KPIs and dashboards for DSO WIP and invoice cycle time/.
Partner with Data & Analytics to drive insight reporting and cash flow forecasting.
Develop leadership depth and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the tower of PTP RTR O2C.
Define & enforce credit policies based on customer segments (corporates institutes dealers)
Develop leadership depth and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the tower.
Perform review of monthly & YTD performance and provide analysis to optimize performance and profitability.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
B. Com Graduation (MBA Finance preferred)
vast exp in O2C PTP and RTR will add advantages.
Preferred qualifications
Very Good Written and Verbal Interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
Should have experience in SAP Oracle
Experience
experience in Order to Cash & Procure to Pay especially Cash Applications & MEC activities with leadership within shared services.
