Located in Adelaides north the Playford Tavern has been a mainstay for locals and visitors for years. We believe in quality food and friendly service; its at the core of what we do and how we operate. Were the perfect place for families to meet for an overdue long lunch for mates to catch up over a beer and to watch the game and for our to celebrate a milestone birthday or special event. Were everything a local pub should be and more.

Our Bistro has something for everyone including fresh seafood steaks pastas salads and all the pub classics you know and love. If its a drink our guests are after they can look no further than our Sports Bar. It is the perfect place to sip a brew and relax in one of our lounges with sport broadcasting across a number of large TV screens so that theyll never miss a mark a goal a wicket or anything else.

Salary: From $95000 Superannuation Bonus

A day in the life of a Publican:

• You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
• Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You already know if this is for you. Youve got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue - youre living the Publican life.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications as per state requirements
