Job Summary
At AsureQualitys Lynfield Food Testing Laboratory we are in the need for a Site Administrator. This is multifaceted role with administrative and procurement activities required for the effective functioning of Food Testing. It is a busy site and we are proud to be the biggest Food Testing Laboratory in Australasia. Currently we require a person to cover a Parental Leave contract for 6 months as Site Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Administration of electronic meeting room bookings
- Allocation of Visitor parking
- Management of pool car bookings
- Office mail distribution courier bookings etc
- Organisation of catering when required.
- Allocation and management of staff lockers.
- Electronic filing
- Creation and administration of working documents for all administration duties. Update of SOPs.
- Special projects as required.
- Meet and Greet visitors and contractors
Financial & Procurement
- Purchasing of office equipment (kitchen supplies stationery and stock cleaning supplies etc.)
- Assist with cost coding of invoices
- Processing purchase orders in TechOne
This is a perfect role for those who enjoy a busy and varied role. It would be advantageous if you have a working knowledge of a large commercial laboratory operation. You will be a person who is able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is able to think on your feet. You will have excellent attention to detail possess great communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.
