Job Summary
Technical Skills:
- Excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems (ADP GV).
- Located in Mexico Guadalajara. Experienced in payroll USA
- Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday)
- Mailbox monitoring
- Monitor Payroll Cycles
- Answer tickets on customer response center and attend escalations.
- Excellent collaboration & teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in automations.
- English Proficiency.
- Excel Advanced.
- Power BI
- Analytics skills
Certifications Needed:
- 2 years of project management
- 2 years experience in Payroll
******Salary $23000 Pesos per month*****
