Excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems (ADP GV).
Located in Mexico Guadalajara. Experienced in payroll USA
Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday)
Mailbox monitoring
Monitor Payroll Cycles
Answer tickets on customer response center and attend escalations.
Excellent collaboration & teamwork skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience in automations.
English Proficiency.
Excel Advanced.
Power BI
Analytics skills

Certifications Needed:

2 years of project management
2 years experience in Payroll
