We are hiring a Weekend Front Desk Concierge to support one of our upscale residential properties. This is a part-time position requiring consistent weekend availability. The ideal candidate is dependable detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a structured high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for residents guests and vendors
Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and composed manner
Manage package intake logging storage and resident notifications
Answer and direct phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
Monitor lobby activity access control and security cameras
Conduct routine safety and property walks as required
Maintain cleanliness and order of the front desk and lobby areas
Document incidents and communicate updates to property management
Follow all company SOPs and client-specific protocols
Qualifications
Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality residential hotel or luxury customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain composed and decisive in high-traffic or sensitive situations
High level of reliability and punctuality
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems
